Oregon sophomore Spencer Stluka finished first in the 100-butterfly at a boys swimming triangular on Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Stoughton High School.
The Panthers competed against Stoughton and McFarland, scoring 80 points.
Stluka clocked in at 1 minute, 0.65 seconds in the 100 butterfly to take the top spot. Stluka also earned a runner-up finish in the 200 freestyle, finishing with a time of 1:50.93.
Junior Josh Weber placed second in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.19. McFarland’s Shane TeBeest won the event with a time of 22.89. Other individual runner-up finishes for the Panthers included senior Blake Pankratz in the 500 free (5:33.07).
Individual third-place finishes came from junior Mason Konopacki (100 backstroke, 1:02.77) and Jack Nowka (100 breaststroke, 1:13.21).
