The Oregon boys golf team finished second place in the Badger West Conference Tournament on Wednesday, May 17, at the Wild Rock Golf Course in Wisconsin Dells.

Oregon senior Billy McCorkle shot an 8-over-par 80 to finish in a five-way tie for fourth place. Junior teammates Sean Flanagan and Max Walter tied Mount Horeb senior Carter Lange for 13th place after shooting an 84.

The Panthers shot a 333 as a team to take second place, one stroke ahead of Mount Horeb. Madison Edgewood ran away with the conference title after shooting a 309.

Oregon senior Oliver Wiedemann carded an 85 to take 16th place.

The Crusaders had four golfers in the top 10. Edgewood senior Finn Jaeger won the individual conference championship with a 2-over-par 74. Senior teammate Alex Weiss took second (75).
