Joshua C. “Josh” Wichmann, born July 20, 1975 in Oregon passed away on Sunday August 21, 2022.
He graduated from UW Madison with a degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology and Political Science. He worked for the State Department of Corrections Probation and Parole and also at Oakhill as a Complaint Examiner.
He was strong willed and had a goofy sense of humor and loved everything avocado.
He was family oriented and loved being involved with his nieces and nephews. He loved the Badgers and Brewers.
Josh is survived by his parents Scott and Carol (Schroeder) Wichmann; brother Jason (Sonia) and sister Tanja (Kevin) Swenson; and many nieces and nephews Cody, Cayce, Cylie and Dakota Swenson, and Caitlin (Christian) Strauch, Lucas and Logan Wichmann; and great nephew Jase Strauch as well as many friends.
A private burial will be held at a later date at Natural Path Sanctuary in Verona.
