Greim obit

Aaron C. Greim passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, in Oregon Wisconsin. Originally from Bloomington, Indiana., Aaron was born on Nov. 7, 1974, to Betty Halstead (Greim) and Jon Greim. A 1993 graduate of Bloomington High School South, Aaron earned a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science at Indiana University. A talented programmer, Aaron spent his career working for CACI, Crane Naval Base and while at Crane, Aaron received his master's degree in Business. Most recently Aaron worked for Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Through the years, Aaron was recognized numerous times for outstanding work.

When Aaron wasn't working, he enjoyed listening to classic rock music, watching IU basketball, or watching movies, many of which he could quote easily. Perhaps his favorite pastime was helping others. Fiercely loyal to his friends, one could always count on him to lend a hand. He was just as eager to help out anyone he encountered.

Aaron is preceded in death by his grandmother, Lena Frances Ray; parents, Betty and John; as well as his beloved aunt, Patty. He is survived by his sister, Melody Koontz; many close friends, and a tight knit group of "brothers."

Aaron was taken too soon from this world, but those who were lucky enough to have had him touch their lives will always be better for it. A celebration will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

“OK, then.”
